O agora quarteto paulistano (originalmente eram 5), com 7 anos de estrada e um debut (“Mandu”) aclamadissimo, pelo público e crítica, e que segue fiel ao seu Death/Thrash. O “Cipó dos Mortos”, na cultura indígena “AYAHUASCA”...o nome do novo álbum, reflete os elementos da cultura indígena, uma característica marcante no conteúdo lírico do VOODOOPRIEST. E neste novo registro segue sendo a tônica, sobretudo pela vivência de Bruno Pompeo (baixista, e que agora assumiu também os vocais após a saída de Vitor Rodrigues): “O Voodoopriest virá com um álbum diferente. Não é somente metal, é uma viagem nas profundezas da consciência. Onde poucos tem coragem para pisar." acrescenta o vocalista/letrista, que inclusive comanda alguns rituais de AYAHUASCA.
E assim aguardamos, o que Bruno, Edu Nicolini, Cesar Covero e Renato de Luccas irão apresentar neste novo full-lenght. “Cipó dos Mortos”, tem seu lançamento oficial programado para 19 de abril (data mais do que apropriada diga-se de passagem, em se tratando dos caras), e terá distribuição via Urubuz Records, em formato cd e todas diversas plataformas digitais.

And in this new record continues to be the tonic, especially for the experience of Bruno Pompeo (bass player, who now also took vocals after the departure of Vitor Rodrigues): "The Voodoopriest will come with a different album.
